- Do I have to change my register?
- No. Ring the sale however you do today and record the payment in the app with one tap — deposit or paid in full, timestamped.
- Can I keep my own pricing?
- Yes. Markups, sheet yields, labor and minimums are all yours to set. Margin shows live while you quote.
- What about my moulding catalog?
- Import your inventory and we match vendor SKUs, images and attributes so the buttons show the real moulding.
- How long does setup take?
- Most shops are quoting the same day. The inventory setup wizard walks staff through bins, labels and the first physical count.
- What hardware do I need?
- A tablet or laptop and your internet connection. A second screen for the customer, a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and a Dymo label printer are all optional and all supported.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. One flat monthly rate per shop — no per-ticket fee, no percentage, no card processing markup. You keep your own merchant account.
- What if my staff aren't good with computers?
- The counter screen is big buttons and pictures of the actual moulding. Most of a ticket is tapping, not typing, and everything can be undone.
- Can I get my data out?
- Any time. Customers, jobs, materials and sales export to CSV, and printed work orders and receipts are yours to keep.
- What happens after the free trial?
- You enter a card when you start so nothing stops on day 15, but you aren't charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Can I cancel?
- Month to month. Cancel whenever, keep using it through the period you already paid for, export your data, and no cancellation fee.
